Pilotship.io (operated by G2M Solutions LLC, “we”, “us”) builds custom AI software for business owners and founders. This policy describes what we collect when you visit pilotship.io and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact information you submit. When you use our contact form, Mission Control, or DesignAnchor, you may give us your name, email, and message. We use this only to reply to you and follow up on the conversation you started.
• Anonymous analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages and posts people read, and understand where traffic comes from. GA4 does not store advertising or personalization data on this site (ad storage is disabled by default).
• Anonymous behavior recordings. We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymous heatmaps and session replays so we can improve the site. Clarity does not collect personally identifying information; recordings are masked by default.
• Server logs. Our hosting platform records standard request metadata (timestamp, page, response code) for reliability and security.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your information.
• We don’t serve advertising or use the information collected here to target ads.
• We don’t use the contact information you submit to add you to any newsletter without your permission.

Your choices

Most browsers let you block third-party scripts (including GA4 and Clarity) via privacy settings or extensions. You can request deletion of any information you have shared with us by emailing founders@pilotship.io.
