Every prospect got a hand-built audit, and each one cost close to a full day of senior time. That capped how many prospects the agency could pitch, because the audit is how it wins the work.
Clients had also started asking something the old audit couldn't answer: what do ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews say about us?
What we Built
An agent that runs the agency's six-stage audit end to end and writes it up as Relevance's own branded report, ready for a consultant to review and send. Every run also asks the major AI assistants about the business and reports what they say.
It runs in Relevance's own Google Cloud. It started as a paid proof of concept and is now a monthly retainer.

The output is Relevance's branded deliverable. A consultant reviews it before it goes out, so the agent does the day of work and the expert keeps the judgment.
AI search in every audit
Each run checks what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews say about the business. The manual audit never covered that.
Runs in the client's cloud
The agent and its data live in Relevance's own Google Cloud project. The agency owns the tool, and its clients' data stays in its account.
