ResiRentals — a self-serve amenity library

For property manager Atlantic Residential, we built a building-managed rental library: residents browse and check out tools and amenities from a kiosk or their phone, hardware gates the returns, and Stripe handles paid items. Live inventory syncs to the kiosks every 30 seconds, and overdue fees calculate automatically — turning a manual front-desk job into a self-serve amenity that residents actually use.
